• 35% Interest is charged ONLY if items are paid in full before 30days, at and after 30 days the full 50% interest and principal is charged.
• Home visits are available only for large items that are impractical to transport. Home visits will only be arranged if the client is comfortable receiving our representatives at their provided address.
• For smaller items, we may arrange collection or inspection at a mutually agreed public location that is convenient and safe for both parties.
• Submission of this request does not guarantee approval of a loan, pawn transaction, valuation, purchase offer, or collection service.
• Valid South African identification and proof of ownership may be required before any transaction can be concluded.
• We reserve the right to decline any item that cannot be adequately verified, appears counterfeit, damaged beyond acceptable standards, or is suspected to be stolen.
• All valuations remain subject to physical inspection and market conditions at the time of assessment.
• Interest, fees, repayment terms, storage conditions, and collection requirements will be disclosed and agreed upon before any pawn transaction is finalized.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
• By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the item or are authorized to transact on behalf of the owner.
• Transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable South African laws and regulations governing second-hand goods and related business activities.
• Borrowing Limit Policy: Clients with three (3) or more active pawned items and total outstanding pawn advances exceeding R1,000.00 may not qualify for further pawn advances. Any additional items may, at SM Technology's discretion, be accepted only as outright purchases ("straight buys"), in which case ownership transfers immediately to SM Technology and the item may be resold without any right of redemption.
  Exception: SM Technology may, at its sole discretion, approve additional pawn advances where the value and marketability of the item offered reasonably justify further lending.
